Our new Email preference center is a customizable page linked from the Nutshell Marketing emails you send. This page allows your email recipients the ability to fine-tune the types of messages they want to receive.
Nutshell admins can choose up to 10 audiences to showcase, each with a custom name and description. When a contact clicks the “unsubscribe” link in your email, they’ll be taken to the Email preference center page, where they can opt in or out of individual marketing emails. That means more choice for your audiences and more confidence for your marketing team.
Yes. Anyone with a Nutshell Sales subscription has access to our Marketing Foundation plan, which includes our Email marketing feature with 150 monthly email marketing sends included (and then pay based on your number of contacts). This way, you can set up marketing audiences in Nutshell and send tailored marketing emails to those audiences.
Setting up Nutshell’s Email preference center and using it is easy. You’ll start by selecting up to 10 of your Nutshell Audiences to feature, giving them each a custom public name and short description.
When a marketing email recipient clicks on the “unsubscribe” link in your email, they’ll be taken to your branded Email preference center to choose the specific emails they’d prefer to receive, with the option to re-subscribe to marketing emails if they choose. Nutshell immediately syncs each change so your audience lists remain accurate and up to date.
